HOW TO GET YOUR "Free" BLUE BAGS
New Hampshire the Beautiful, Inc. is pleased to assist New Hampshire towns, cities and individual groups with litter clean up programs. If your community is not part of the Litter-Free New Hampshire Program, please contact our office to join.
Our Blue Bags come in cases of 150, weigh about 30 lbs/case and need to be picked up at the offices of Northeast Resource Recovery Association (NRRA), 2101 Dover Road, Epsom, NH.
Individuals representing the town, city or group can pick up the bags only during the weekday hours of 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Please determine how many cases your group needs and call or email, in advance, Lisa at 603-669-9333 or email: lisa@grocers.org
Litter-Free NH provides assistance in the form of How-To sheets for writing Public Service Announcements, organizing groups to clean up, and getting free blue litter bags. Groups or communities wishing to perform local clean-up should fill in the application below for free bags. New Hampshire the Beautiful has provided hundreds of thousands of litter bags to Adopt-A-Highway groups and individual communities for litter clean up.
Each year participating communities are eligible to receive 800 daffodil bulbs or 2 6-foot American Liberty Elm saplings. There is no penalty if a community does not meet their intended goal, but there are rewards for those who do. Participation is free. Just complete the Tally Sheet below to receive your bonus!
